How we support you

  • Before moving into your new accommodation we can offer a meaningful planned transition. During the transition period the focus will be on getting to know you and for you to get to know us at Twmpath. We can discuss how the support hours will be allocated, you can meet all members of the team, go shopping for items for the accommodation etc.
